Paddock fired in Ottawa

After losing six of their last eight and going the last 120 minutes without scoring a goal, the Senators have fired their coach John Paddock, with only 18 games left in the season.
Former coach and current GM, Brian Murray, will take over behind the bench.

The Sens started the season 16-3 in their first 19 games, but have gone 20-19-6 since their great start, including two seven game losing streaks.

The Montreal Canadiens currently sit 1 point behind Ottawa for the division lead and have 3 most contests against the Sens this season.
